Selling residential real estate in today’s complex market requires knowledge, creativity, experience, enthusiasm and professionalism and the financial ability to advertise and promote your property throughout the marketing process.

To reach potential buyers, I make use of the latest technology, including my award winning website, social media, online and print advertising and a number of marketing techniques that will virtually brand your listing as an entity that stands alone against all other luxury properties. The primary aim in my marketing initiative is finding the right buyer for your home.

Upon placing your property on the market, I will:

  • Place your property on the Jersey Shore Multiple Listing Service covering all of Monmouth and Ocean counties, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Homeaway.com
  • Arrange professional photography of your property.
  • Prepare, through our in-house Marketing Department, a professionally written, full-color Property Brochure to be distributed to specific targeted markets and areas.
  • Specifically, through direct mail, inform realtors who actively sell similar properties, that your property is on the market.
  • Distribute your Property Brochure to select Realtor members of the National Multiple Listing Service in New Jersey.
  • Direct mail your Property Brochure to area residents and the surrounding community.
  • Network with other realtors, on a daily basis, by telephone or direct mail.
  • Present your property to past, present and future prospects interested in the type, area or price range of your property.
  • Hold a catered, Broker Open House to assure maximum exposure for your property.
  • Prepare a professionally filmed and narrated Property Video and/or Virtual Tour of your property.
  • Keeping you up to date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market.
  • I am a FULL time Real Estate agent anything less you would be short changed.
  • I’ll guide you through the selling and or buying a home, eliminating the stress and hassles.
  • I require acceptance or a counter offer within 24 hours.
  • You will have the advantage of a personal one on one attention , by phone, by email etc.
  • When you list your home with me I promise to provide you with first-class real estate services so you get top value for your home and the whole experience is as enjoyable and inconvenience-free for as possible.
