Although I have not purchased property with Noreen, she has rented out my vacation home on the Jersey shore. She is always responsive and very helpful. One time there was a leak from my condo into my downstairs neighbor's kitchen. Of course, I was already back in North NJ. There was no one at my condo property available that could get into my apartment to check out the problem. My husband and I began our 1.5 hour trip. We were on the NJ Turnpike when I realized Noreen had a key. I called her (and this was on a Sunday evening), and she gladly drove to my condo and turned off the water supply. She then stopped by my neighbor's apartment to let her know the leak was taken care of. This, in my opinion, is above and beyond. I would highly recommend Noreen Callahan for any real estate needs.

Provided us with every detailed service with real estate market. My wife is very picking, but, Noreen patiently showed us almost every house in the market. Aside from that, she also provided lots of free helps to our house while we were not there(it was our vacation house). Anything happened on the island, she will check the house for us. We feel she is very trustworthy.

We met Noreen through a friend and are very happy that she was recommended to us. Our first day meeting with her she showed us 13 waterfront homes that had been flooded during Sandy and stood in the snow and howling winds as we inspected bulkheads etc and chatted about what repairing one of the flooded homes would entail. She was very knowledgable about the area and made recommendations for local companies that we could use if we went that route. Noreen put in several offers for us and was always available for our questions and got back to us no matter what time of day. In the end, we ended up buying a home that the owner had decided to demolish and she was able to recommend a local builder for us to rebuild with. We are now building a great house for our family to enjoy for years to come. Noreen was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. When our babysitter fell through at the last minute on closing day, Noreen even played with the kids while we signed all of the closing docs. All around she is great and was a pleasure to work with!
