Our first day meeting with her she showed us 13 waterfront homes that had been flooded during Sandy and stood in the snow and howling winds as we inspected bulkheads etc and chatted about what repairing one of the flooded homes would entail. She was very knowledgable about the area and made recommendations for local companies that we could use if we went that route. Noreen put in several offers for us and was always available for our questions and got back to us no matter what time of day. In the end, we ended up buying a home that the owner had decided to demolish and she was able to recommend a local builder for us to rebuild with. We are now building a great house for our family to enjoy for years to come. Noreen was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. When our babysitter fell through at the last minute on closing day, Noreen even played with the kids while we signed all of the closing docs. All around she is great and was a pleasure to work with!
