Noreen is the best. We bought two homes on LBI in 2013 with her help. She really knows Long Beach Island and the surrounding neighborhoods on the mainland. Also, one of the our home purchases was a short sale, and she guided the transaction through the short sale approval with the lender. She kept everything moving on each of our deals. She was always available whenever we called. Noreen even came out in the middle of a northeaster on the day after Christmas 2012 to show me the first property that we eventually purchased.

Provided us with every detailed service with real estate market. My wife is very picking, but, Noreen patiently showed us almost every house in the market. Aside from that, she also provided lots of free helps to our house while we were not there(it was our vacation house). Anything happened on the island, she will check the house for us.
