Although I have not purchased property with Noreen, she has rented out my vacation home on the Jersey shore. She is always responsive and very helpful. One time there was a leak from my condo into my downstairs neighbor's kitchen. Of course, I was already back in North NJ. There was no one at my condo property available that could get into my apartment to check out the problem. My husband and I began our 1.5 hour trip. We were on the NJ Turnpike when I realized Noreen had a key. I called her (and this was on a Sunday evening), and she gladly drove to my condo and turned off the water supply. She then stopped by my neighbor's apartment to let her know the leak was taken care of. This, in my opinion, is above and beyond. I would highly recommend Noreen Callahan for any real estate needs.
